Returns Eligibility

  • Items must be returned within 14 days of receipt.
  • Products must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resalable condition.
  • Custom or personalised items (e.g. bespoke labels or printed products) are non-returnable, unless faulty.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you receive a faulty or incorrect item:

  • Please contact us within 7 days of delivery at sales@phlabels.co.uk or call 01625 575040.
  • Include your order number, a description of the issue, and photos if applicable.
  • We will arrange a replacement or refund, and cover any return shipping costs.

How to Return an Item

  1. Contact our team to request a return authorisation.
  2. Package the item securely, including your order details.
  3. Send the item to the return address provided by our team.

Note: Return shipping costs (for non-faulty items) are the responsibility of the customer.

Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 working days to your original payment method.
